Do as much or as little as you like the choice is yours. There, are many fishing spots, kayak and paddle board hires, dolphin and whale watching cruises, children's playgrounds, tennis courts and more located nearby " providing entertainment for the whole family. It is located in a quiet street, making it the ultimate place for a relaxing getaway. The property is just a short drive to boat ramps at both Callala Bay and Myola. It is in close proximity to Club Callala which offers golf, lawn bowls and bistro dining. From Myola, you can take a day trip to Huskisson for markets, a range of cafes and ice-creameries, dolphin / whale watching cruises and paddle board / kayak hire. Callala Bay shopping center offers a supermarket, bottle shop, butcher, chemist, variety store, bakeries, Chinese restaurant, and pizzeria. Callala beach has a takeaway store, public BBQ area, children playground, tennis courts and community centre. Important Things to Note Shoalhaven city council requirements To ensure the residential accommodation provides for a reasonable number of guests and visitors and that guests do not negatively impact the amenity of the residential neighbourhood, the maximum number of guests must not exceed 2 adult guests per bedroom. ** For example - if the property has two sets of bunk beds in a room, you are only allowed x 2 adults and x 2 children.
