Our beach house is located in a great spot with the lake and beach just across the road. It features a huge yard, open fire place, pool table and dining table on the large back deck which has a great outlook. You can fish, surf or just relax! We have a strict no party policy, this is to respect our lovely neighbours.. BED CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1 queen bed Bedroom 2 queen bed Bedroom 3 tri bunk and single bunk LOCATION Only steps to Beach and lake, short drive to Culburra Beach shopping centre with woollies, bottle shop, petrol station and plenty of cafes and specialty stores. Courtesy bus available to the Culburra Bowling and recreational club. Kids playground and skatepark are a wonderful draw card for the kids. Culburra Beach is a beautiful coastal town. Swimming, fishing and surfing are ideal activities in the area. Culburra is a hotspot for beach breaks. There are 2 beaches that face different directions and as such have varying types of waves, these being Culburra Beach and Warrain Beach. Culburra Beach is just a short 2 hour drive from Sydney. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: Pets welcome No Linen or towels provided. There is a linen hire service please contact property one realty This property requires a security deposit (which is fully refundable at the end of your stay provided there is no damage done to the property, extra cleaning required and all the terms and conditions and guests rules are adhered to).
