Shelly's at Culburra Beach is the perfect holiday home for families and friends, and your dog is welcome to join you too. Located in a quiet cul de sac, Shelly's is only a few short steps to your own beach track to beautiful Culburra Beach - ideal for the perfect waves for surfers and body boarders, for the kids to cool off with a swim or for the family to enjoy a leisurely walk. The beach is also dog friendly. Shelly's is designed with comfort in mind it offers a homely feel, you can do as much or as little as you like. You will be sure to come back again and again as you create your holiday memories here. PROPERTY FEATURES Reverse cycle Air conditioned for summertime comfort and plenty of heating for the cooler months. Upstairs offers a central fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and revolving pantry. Some complimentary items are supplied on your arrival but be sure to bring your own. Lounge and dining area offer an intimate space for relaxing and enjoying each-others company. The outside covered deck offers glimpses of the beach and is ideal for BBQ's, or sitting at the bar having a drink and chat. Enjoy alfresco dining or just lounge about with plenty of seating provided for both. Main bathroom upstairs offers shower with half tub and separate WC. The 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of Bunks is also located upstairs. Downstairs boasts a family room with corner lounge, flat screen TV with DVD player and Wii game console. The garage is a games haven with table tennis, assorted balls and cricket gear, boogie boards and other fun things. Please just remember if you use it please put back if you lose it please replace. Bedroom 1, second bathroom and laundry are also located downstairs. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. BED CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunks LOCATION Only a few short steps to Culburra Beach, short drive to Culburra Beach shopping centre with woollies, bottle shop, petrol station and plenty of cafes and specialty stores. Courtesy bus available to the Culburra Bowling and recreational club. Kids playground and skatepark are a wonderful draw card for the kids. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: Pets welcome No Linen or towels, there is a linen hire service available please contact aroma clean living hire This property requires a security deposit (which is fully refundable at the end of your stay provided there is no damage done to the property, extra cleaning required, and all the terms and conditions and guest's rules are adhered to). We also require a cleaning fee. No social gatherings permitted including schoolies, bucks or hen's nights. Only number of guests noted on the booking may stay, this includes day visitors. It is an older style house but don't let that fool you, it was very clean and had everything we possibly needed right down to the 60s, 70s 80s and 90s cds which we all loved. Beds were comfy, heaters heated the whole house magically and the amazing art work blows you away when you see them. All the family was over the moon. Not to mention the amazing supply of kid's toys and activities for everyone downstairs in the garage, and firewood supplied.
