IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE Strictly No Pets This place is not suitable for children No linen or towels provided please contact our office for hire options. No laundry facilities available and no access to garage. Please note that this is part of an apartment complex where people live and work. It is essential to be considerate of residents. Strict STRATA laws apply to noise, excessive visitors and there is absolutely NO SMOKING on any part of the complex this includes the outside gardens, balconies and car park. Visitor car parking is available in the complex but not guaranteed during peak time. One car can be parked outside garage only with booking. Boats are not allowed due to parking restrictions. This property requires a $500.00 security deposit (which is fully refundable at the end of your stay provided there is no damage done to the property, extra cleaning required, and all the terms and conditions and guest's rules are adhered to).
