Dutchies Beach House in Callala Beach

Dutchies beach house is ideally situated within a 5 min walk to the beautiful and refreshing waters of Jervis Bay and white sands of Callala beach. It is a lovingly updated 1960s fishermans cottage and has had many previous lives including an art gallery. 

For this stage in Dutchies life we have made her a comfortable place to escape for all the family, including the furry members. 
It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people. 
For the children there is a separate teenage retreat, the kids can relax with TV, Playstation 3 , games and books. Fan located in this room.
The main house is air-conditioned (unit in kitchen) and includes an open plan lounge with Smart TV and dining area opening to a covered outside deck. 
Foxtel and internet are offered however are not guaranteed.  
Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and revolving pantry so please if you use it and it runs out kindly replace for the next guests. 
Laundry with washing machine facilities is conveniently hidden away in the kitchen behind the large double doors.  
Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet and laundry facilities.  
Outside is a deck to relax with a drink and a bbq. 
In the cooler months you can enjoy warmth from the fire-pit. 
The yard is large and completely enclosed for your pets to enjoy a run.

Short stroll to Callala Beach. When you get tired of all the sunshine and cool waters then there is so much to do in the area taking day trips to wineries at Coolangatta, Kangaroo Valley and Berry, Take the local ferry from Myola to Huskisson for markets and dolphin watch cruises. Explore the local National Parks, launch your boat from the ramp or do a spot of fishing from the jetty at Callala Bay. Surf beaches also close by. Callala Bay shopping centre caters for your needs with IGA, butcher, chemist, bakery, bottle shop and café/restaurant, gift shop and hairdressing salon. There is also a hardware store for all your fishing requirements. On quay road you will find pizzeria, take away store and tennis courts. After a game of golf at the local country club enjoy dinner with friends in the bistro. 
Pets are welcome though please ensure they stay off the furniture, no holes, toys or bones are left behind and you do a poop scoop when vacating.

Clean house with friendly agents
Property is as described very clean and tidy.
Everything has thought to make the your stay pleasant. Nice big yard that allowed my goldie to run around. Highly recommended this place.

Perfect place for a long weekend with our teenage daughters and dog. Stylishly furnished and sparkling clean, had everything we needed. It’s a great little beach shack with ample backyard for the dog and a quick stroll to the dog beach. Would stay again.
