Upstairs has room for the whole family to enjoy with 3 bedrooms, large main bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. The lounge room consists of sofa seating for 8, a Telstra box, Xbox for the children and assorted DVDs. The kitchen has ample storage space suitable for all families overlooking the dining area containing a rustic setting with seating for 6. The dining leads to an outdoor balcony at the rear of the house with a large back yard containing ample space for the kids to play. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stove cooktop, microwave, family sized fridge, double sink and Nespresso breville box. There is ducted air conditioning and Wi-Fi connectivity upstairs this home offers comfort for all who stay. In addition to all this, the property contains bikes and various beach toys for guests to enjoy.

The home requires a $700 bond (refundable at the end of your stay providing there is no damage incurred to the home, extra cleaning is not required, and the terms and conditions of the home are abided by).
