Welcome to Cinema Paradiso, your perfect getaway by the beautiful beach of Callala on Jervis Bay. Set in the desirable Benton Sands Estate, overlooking serene natural bushland, the property is a spacious 4 bedroom house with a very light, modern and airy feel.

By day, after an ideal day at the beach which is only minutes away, lounge in the enormous living room playing games or watch movies in the media room.

In less than perfect weather there is an indoor, heated swimming pool just a short walk away, within the estate. Exclusive to owners and their guests of the Estate.

Property Features

The deck off the large kitchen area has a gas barbecue and a large outdoor table, perfect for the early evening dinner, or for a more formal affair, sit around the lovely dining table. When the sun goes down there is a home cinema with a 120 inch screen, perfect for movie weekends. Cinema Paridiso has your comfort and entertainment covered. Just bring your family and friends and have a fantastic break by the sea, with movies thrown in. 

There is a large open plan kitchen/family room which is great for entertaining as well as a separate lounge for a quiet retreat or media room, complete with a large screen T.V.

The house has four bedrooms all with built in robes and two bathrooms, main bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Things to do and local facilities

Callala Beach is situated on magnificent Jervis Bay Marine Park.

There are many great water based activities available in the area from fishing, diving, kayaking, boat hire, surfing lessons, kite surfing, wind surfing and dolphin watching cruises.

If water sports aren\'t your thing, there\'s horse riding, and a large number of wineries to explore in the Shoalhaven area.

For lovers of golf, there are around 12 golf courses in the Shoalhaven district.

If you love shopping, you can explore Berry to the north, or Milton to the south.

There\'s a new fresh meat and seafood market in Nowra and if you love Oysters, you must visit the oyster farms in Greenwell Point.

Huskisson is a lively town with many restaurants and only a 20 minute drive away, or go by the little husky ferry. 

If you don\'t want to travel far for supplies, nearby Callala Bay has a small shopping centre, with a chemist, bakery, butcher, bottle shop, a well-stocked IGA, café and take-away store.

Closer to home, Callala Beach has an RSL club with bowling and golf facilities plus a take away store and hairdresser.

This property requires a $500.00 security deposit (which is fully refundable at the end of your stay provided there is no damage done to the property, extra cleaning required and all the terms and conditions and guest\'s rules are adhered to). We also require a $200.00 cleaning fee.

Close to pool and beach
Great size house, with a home theatre which was great to relax with kids after busy day. The beach and pool were in walking distance . Lovely walking track from house through bush lands.

Great place for 1 or 2 families. Clean open design and minutes walk to a great kid and dog friendly uncrowded beach. A good small shopping centre 5 minutes drive away but not much in way of restaurants in immediate area. Easy drive to Huskisson (30mins) or a lot quicker via Ferry from the Myola end of beach. If looking to chill and be beach focused ( great walks along 6kms beach) this place is ideal.
