You can relax on the day bed with a drink in hand and enjoy the outstanding views while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the water and cubby house. Even your pet will delight with the expansive backyard and off leash times on the beach.

During winter, after a beautiful stroll in the sun on the squeaky white sand, sit back and unwind with a book or movie in front of the warm glow of the combustion fireplace.

Property Features

This architecturally unique award-winning home is as stylish and modern as it is functional. With multiple living and entertainment spaces, contemporary design and practical layout, it caters for all family/group dynamics.

The open plan designer living areas and kitchen take full advantage of the panoramic water views.

Main living area with flat screen TV, DVD player, fireplace and assorted books.

Fully equipped kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, microwave, gas cooking, pantry items and Nespresso coffee machine - Some complimentary pods are supplied but please bring your personal preference.

Second living area offers flat screen TV and lounge area ideal for the kids.

Please note WIFI is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service we will attempt to fix issues if they arise but cannot be held accountable.

There are two bathrooms, one with a sunken bath overlooking the private leafy courtyard.

Multiple outdoor areas including two private decks connecting to each of the main bedrooms through glass sliding doors creating ideal adult retreats. Large alfresco dining and seating on the main spacious deck with gas BBQ for everyone to enjoy. Outside waterfront undercover area with another dining setting overlooking the stunning views of the beach.

The impressive upstairs bedroom & living space enjoys large glass sliding doors to soak up the phenomenal views of Jervis Bay and a spacious deck to enjoy your beachfront location. An exclusive bar area, with bar fridge (second fridge), bar stools, hidden sink and extensive cabinetry has also been fitted for the private enjoyment of this versatile area and to take advantage of the spectacular views.

The luxurious private bamboo-wrapped outdoor shower with large raindrop shower-head will wash off the sand after a day playing on the beach or swimming in the ocean.

Complete and separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

2 x single and 2 x double kayaks, quality fibreglass paddleboard, lifejackets and paddles are all provided for your enjoyment however no liability is accepted for injury. Please use with caution and adult supervision is strongly recommended. Ensure they are rinsed clean and securely stored after each use.

From the moment you walk into this exclusive beach house you know you are on holiday. Step out the front door and within seconds you are on the famous white sands of Callala Beach the longest stretch of silky white beach in the Bay at nearly 6km. The location is not only exceptional but beyond comparison.

This property is formally known as the five star rated Vista Linda. Since new ownership early last year, the property has been extensively improved and renovated - making it an even more exceptional version of it's former self as the revamped and renewed Zara del Mar.

Location

Absolute beach front with direct beach access. Everything else is just a stone's throw away. A short walk takes you to the cafe, hairdresser, pizzeria and tennis courts. The local children's playground offers public BBQ facilities. Club Callala offers golf course, bar and fabulous Bistro dining. Callala bay has all your shopping needs including IGA supermarket with fresh fruit and veg, deli section and meat. Other shops include butcher, chemist, bottle shop, gift shop, take away and café. Take the ferry from Myola to Huskisson for Dolphin Cruises, markets and diving shop. Surf lessons available in Culburra Beach.

This property requires a $500.00 security deposit (which is fully refundable at the end of your stay provided there is no damage done to the property, extra cleaning required and all the terms and conditions and guest's rules are adhered to). We also require a $150.00 cleaning fee.

Absolutely amazing!!!!! We did not leave the house except to wander off the front lawn onto the beach for a run / walk / swim / kayak / SUP!!!! So much space , spectacular views, constant sound of the water - absolute paradise!!!!!

This place is a real piece of Heaven, it's unbelievably close to the Ocean but at the same time it's always protected from the wind. The Villa is huge and the kids had a lot of fun thanks to all the toys, cartoon videos, beach toys Antonia left around. Thanks for your amazing hospitality, you are such a great host! See you very soon!!!!

Last week we stayed at the Antonia At property One Realty at Callala Beach. The house was clean and we were satisfied living in it over the weekend. The view was spectacular. We could only stay for 2 nights but we’ll try to stay longer next time.

Location is beautiful. White sands, azure waters with dolphins swimming all visible from the house, Literally walk a few seconds down gentle incline to beach. Kayaks and paddle board provided were used and loved - when we spotted dolphins my son grabbed a kayak and paddled out to them. Beds are comfy and kitchen has the basics for what you need. In top season you do end up paying for location rather than the beauty of house. The location is stunning though! If you choose to eat out the Callala Bowling club is good, the Chinese at Callala Bay is very tasty; but I highly recommend heading to Huskisson where there are some really great restaurants and much more choice.

This is a stylish place with beautiful and comfortable furnitures. The kitchen was fully equipped and all common spices and seasonings are available. The entertainment system was great, the two TVs were convenient for large groups of people. Rooms and toilets were very clean. The cot and high chair were very useful when you travel with little ones. The electric heaters were very handy in winter. The beach outlook was just beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I would love to come back again in summer.

This property is spacious and was ideal for our get away. The beachfront is unbeatable for location and its right by the shops. Although we went in the cooler weather we still enjoyed kayaking and the fireplace was easily lit each night. There is also plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery and appliances to cook for a group. Can't really fault the place!

This property is spectacular. The location could not be better; moments to the beach and incredible views across the bay. The house had everything one could want for a weekend away with friends; it was super clean, luxurious and had enough space for all ten of us! I highly recommend this property for groups to go and enjoy some luxury in Calalla Beach.
